Winter Season Rates

Sunday - Thursday; $150.00 per day

Friday & Saturday; $200.00 per day

Cleaning Fee - $50.00 per stay

Do you have 4 leg furry friends? You are allowed to have your fur babies on site; however, it is limited to 2 pets with a non-refundable pet fee!

All reservations will be accepted through our Facebook page, phone or email. Please call Morgan at 315-767-4241 for current availability!

Reservations will be finalized once the renter provides a copy of Driver’s License, and a Credit Card on file. 

*CANCELLATION POLICY*

If you cancel within 72 hours of your stay you will be charged a $150.00 non-refundable fee. If you cancel prior to 48 hours of your stay, a $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee applies.
